General Manager Marketing
Requirement

Candidate shall be responsible for business development & strategic initiatives in Ethical Marketing that includes business investment activities of the company specifically in the field of Oncology.

Responsibilities
  • Pursue opportunities towards inorganic/organic growth in the field of Oncology, finished formulations and Identify potential growth markets and partners.
  • Prepare business presentations including offers, proposals, term sheets, and MoU/Agreements in coordination with internal teams.
  • Prepare and conduct presentations on business deals as and when necessary.
  • Assist and co ordinate with the leadership team on gathering market intelligence for strategy implementation.
  • Develop key growth strategies, tactics and action plan based on the trends.
  • Evaluating and conducting financial/business/market analysis for investment opportunities and business development projects.
  • Constantly gather and update market intelligence on competition and key products.
  • Direct the sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures, observe and implement changes for improvement.
  • Leading the entire sales function to provide the promised experience to all stakeholders.
  • Building an efficient team to deliver the goals smoothly and drive team & productivity.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's customer base.
  • Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Investigate factors impacting sales performance.
  • Conduct due diligence on the prospective partners to ensure long term relationship.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • PG / MBA with experience in pharmaceutical sales,
  • Excellent communication, negotiations and presentation skills.
  • P&L understanding plus market knowledge.
  • Ability to connect, network, influence key customers/ stakeholders.
  • Understanding of legal language to prepare & sign contracts.
  • Capability to serve primary liaison with partners.
  • Proven ability to consistently deliver Key Performance Indicators.
  • Proven ability to identify and independently solve complex problems through the implementation of systems based on industry best practices.
  • Highly adaptable and organized personality with proven persistence and strong business acumen.
  • Ability to exercise sound and timely judgment and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Result-oriented team player with ability to lead in highly dynamic culture.
  • Outline objectives in key target areas such as sales volume, market share, distribution channels and profit margins to guide promotions.
  • Analytical and Self driven.
Qualifications

•  Any Graduate, B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, B.Pharma in Any Specialization,  B.Sc  in Any Specialization

MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization, MS/M.Sc(Science) in Any Specialization, M.Pharma in Any Specialization
